This project consisted of the construction of a new branch bank in the Brighton Park neighborhood of Chicago for the Wintrust Financial Group. The building is a 3,200 sqft single story structure with an attached drive through that was build right along the property line of a busy intersection. The exterior finishes are a combination of ACM panel, glass curtain wall and masonry.

After being chosen as the General Contractor on the project, Raffin worked with the architect and our subcontractors to value engineer the structural elements and the glazing system in order to bring the cost within the owner’s budget.
