Windmoor Study Center

Project Overview

Raffin Construction was chosen to build Windmoor Study Center at the University of Notre Dame. The center hosts programs and serves as a residence for both college and graduate student men at Notre Dame. It has communal living spaces, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a chapel. Raffin Construction worked closely with the architect and client to come up with unique value engineering solutions to save money without sacrificing quality. The end result is a welcoming space that fosters men’s personal and spiritual growth while attending university.
