Relevant Radio

Project Overview

Relevant Radio, a national non-profit Catholic radio station, needed a new headquarters to better serve their listeners and house their expanding radio staff and talent. They purchased what was formerly a union hall building and selected Raffin Construction as general contractor to remodel the space for their needs. The Raffin team demolished the existing interior structures and completely remodeled the first floor. The project included three new radio sound studios, a chapel outfitted for broadcasting Catholic Mass, a technical operations room, and an engineering room. Support spaces were also remodeled: a new lobby area with the Relevant Radio logo and slogan, office spaces for donor relations including a conference room, employee bathrooms, and a kitchen area. An official dedication Mass for the chapel was held in December 2023.
