Project Overview
Raffin Construction is honored to be part of the restoration of the historic Pullman Club building. This restoration is the pinnacle of the Pullman at Home Project, a major initiative by the Bielenberg Historic Pullman House Foundation to preserve the history of the Pullman Neighborhood by restoring selected Pullman housing units to tell the stories of the workers who lived there. Rooted and located in the heart of Pullman, Raffin was asked to complete the construction of the Coffee House located within the historic Pullman Club building.
Raffin worked with the historic restoration team to add/renovate a portion of the house into a coffee shop including a coffee bar, retail space, and seating areas. Additionally, Raffin worked to restore and make accessible the porch and deck as an additional community space with outdoor seating.
Visit the Pullman At Home website to learn more about this initiative and how it benefits the Pullman Community.
