Beverly Bank enlisted Raffin Construction to help with budgeting and ultimately constructing the renovation of a vacant bank building that they were interested in purchasing.
Working with the banks and their architect, Raffin helped develop a list of value engineering ideas as part of a scope of work to be performed that would meet the owner’s budget. The project consisted of new site work, reconstruction of the existing site, and renovation of the interior of the three story building.
This interior work included a complete remodeling of the entire ground floor which consisted of approximately 30,000 sqft. The construction phase of the project took 8 months to complete.
