Project Overview

Fair Oaks Lincoln partnered with Raffin Construction to completely remodel the dealership and create a beautiful and luxurious space to showcase vehicles. The lobby, guest seating area, and showroom were completely renovated to stylistically match the Lincoln brand and bring a heightened guest experience to the dealership. The project included a new exterior facade, new windows and doors, and extensive and detailed millwork. Raffin Construction worked closely with the owner to value engineer the project and keep it within budget. The result is a beautiful space for customers and employees to enjoy. In 2022 the dealership celebrated Lincoln’s 100 year anniversary in their newly remodeled space.
