This project consisted of 15,000 square foot buildout for a new office in an existing manufacturing and distribution facility. This required major structural modifications to the existing building facade and interior demising walls, demolition of the existing offices, and construction of a new state-of-the-art office space. This was a design build project which allowed the owner to cut schedule and maintain his project budget.
