Located at 802 Wabash Avenue, Suite 200, Chesterton, Indiana, the new office strengthens Raffin Construction’s presence in the region and reflects the company’s continued commitment to serving commercial, industrial, and institutional clients throughout Northern Indiana. Members of the [Duneland Chamber of Commerce](https://www.dunelandchamber.org/) and Raffin Construction employees will begin the event with an official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. After, guests are welcome to tour the new office, meet members of the Raffin team, and learn more about the company’s work across the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. The event is open house style; guests are free to come and go as schedules allow. Light refreshments will be served. “Opening our Indiana office is an exciting milestone for our company,” said Al Raffin, President of Raffin Construction. “This ribbon cutting and open house will give us an opportunity to celebrate with clients, partners, and community members as we begin this next chapter in Northwest Indiana. Many of our employees live in this region, and this expansion allows us to better serve our clients while continuing to build lasting relationships based on trust.” Founded in 1916, Raffin Construction has built its reputation on quality construction, attention to detail, and client partnerships grounded in trust. For more than a century, the company has provided general contracting, design-build, concrete construction, and specialized industrial construction services while maintaining the values that have guided five generations of the Raffin family.   [![Raffin Construction Full Logo](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/RaffinConstruction_July2024/Images/Raffin_Construction_Full_Logo_Full_Color-v2.png?width=217&height=190&name=Raffin_Construction_Full_Logo_Full_Color-v2.png "Raffin Construction Full Logo")](https://raffinconstruction.com/) #### Services - [Concrete ](https://raffinconstruction.com/concrete) - [Design-Build ](https://raffinconstruction.com/design-build-services) - [Concrete Polishing ](https://raffinconstruction.com/concrete-polishing) - [General Contracting ](https://raffinconstruction.com/general-contracting) - [Concrete Laser Screed](https://raffinconstruction.com/concrete-laser-screed) #### Who We Serve - [Commercial ](https://raffinconstruction.com/commercial-construction-services) - [Industrial ](https://raffinconstruction.com/industrial-construction-services) - [Institutional](https://raffinconstruction.com/institutional-construction-services) #### About - [Why Raffin ](https://raffinconstruction.com/why-raffin) - [The Legacy ](https://raffinconstruction.com/why-raffin/legacy) - [The Team ](https://raffinconstruction.com/why-raffin/the-team) - [Contact](https://raffinconstruction.com/contact) - [Employment](https://raffinconstruction.com/employment) #### Memberships Founding Member of: [![Calumet Area Industrial Commission](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Members_Logos/Calumet%20Area%20Industrial%20Commission.jpg?width=107&height=70&name=Calumet%20Area%20Industrial%20Commission.jpg)](https://calumetareaindustrial.com/) Member of : [![Technology and Manufacturing Association](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Members_Logos/Technology%20and%20Manufacturing%20Association.png?width=80&height=28&name=Technology%20and%20Manufacturing%20Association.png)](https://www.tmaillinois.org/)[![Fabricators and Manufacturers Association](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Members_Logos/Fabricators%20and%20Manufacturers%20Association.png?width=80&height=26&name=Fabricators%20and%20Manufacturers%20Association.png)](https://www.fmamfg.org/) [![American Society of Concrete Contractors](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Members_Logos/American%20Society%20of%20Concrete%20Contractors.jpg?width=180&height=45&name=American%20Society%20of%20Concrete%20Contractors.jpg)](https://ascconline.org/) [![Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable Logo](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Artboard%201@2x.png?width=80&height=56&name=Artboard%201@2x.png)](https://www.nwibrt.org/)   [![Duneland Chamber of Commerce Logo](https://raffinconstruction.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Duneland%20Chamber%20LogoArtboard%201@2x.png?width=125&height=53&name=Duneland%20Chamber%20LogoArtboard%201@2x.png)](https://www.dunelandchamber.org/)   © 2026 Raffin Construction.
